"Hot tips for marine consents" breakfast workshop

Thomson Ecology will host a breakfast workshop on 27th October, entitled “Hot tips for marine consents”.

This event follows our previous very successful breakfast workshop called “BIM and the ‘ologies”, and is again being held at the CIWEM offices in Saffron
Hill in London.

The workshop will include talks from Dr Dickon Howell, Acting Chief Scientific Advisor at the Marine Management Organisation (MMO), Tanya Ferry, Environment
Manager at the Port of London Authority (PLA), Dr Mike Best, Marine Technical Advisor at the Environment Agency, and Daniel Bastreri, Principal Marine
Consultant at Thomson Unicomarine.

The workshop will cover the scientific evidence requirements to support regulatory processes and the latest updates on guidance to comply with national
and EU marine environmental legislation. The aim of the workshop is to facilitate communication between developers and relevant government organisations
and the understanding of how to ensure smooth licensing of estuarine, coastal and marine works.

This is a free event, and spaces are limited, so if you would like to attend please send an email, without delay, to: [email protected]
