The Habitats and Wild Birds Directives in England and its seas: Core guidance for developers, regulators & land/marine managers.

December 2012 (draft for public consultation) ⁵

(England)

One of the measures identified by the Habitats and Wild Birds Directives Implementation Review was to produce over-arching guidance. The core guidance document provides this and is essentially a useful summary of the legal process and existing guidance on this topic. The consultation on the document is now closed and the responses are being analysed.
