A Practice Lead says

“I love the challenge of using science to help our clients making difficult decisions and being abreast of relevant new developments in science and technology. This wouldn't be possible without the support and cooperation of bright and inspiring people, and some of the best environmental scientists and managers work in our company. Science is about excellence, reproducible results, openness and integrity. These are core values in Thomson Ecology and Thomson Unicomarine, as are respect for our clients and our work. Innovative thinking, freedom to work in a creative way and the pursuit of excellence are highly valued in our company.

We work in a very pleasant environment, and foster a culture of openness and free access to information, resources and people. Our directors and senior managers are not distant figures, but real people with whom we work and laugh on a daily basis, always available to offer advice, guidance and a word of encouragement. There are no limits for personal development, or geographical boundaries for the development of our business. It is a privilege to be part of this, and to feel good about coming to work every day.”
