Managers - We are always interested to hear from confident, capable environmental professionals with successful project and people management experience who are ambitious to run their own team of technical specialists. Read more

Principal consultants - Principal Ecologists and Biologists are our main link with clients; you would manage the relationships, checking all the time that we are providing an excellent service, winning further project work, line managing a team and developing senior consultants. Read more

Senior consultants - Senior consultants manage projects of all sizes and complexities. They issue report reviews, and they manage teams on site as well as managing projects from the office. Read more

Practice leads - In our team a Practice Lead is a technical specialist who can act as an expert witness at inquiries and advise in legal cases, can inspire and train other professionals in the company and who will write and present one or two papers a year. Read more

Graduate ecologists - Thomson Ecology has been running its highly regarded Graduate Training and Experience Programme since 2007. The scheme gives new graduates a chance to work alongside senior technical staff for a full field season, and participate in training courses on all areas of the business. Read more
