High Court judgement handed down today - 24 September 2013

24-Sep-13 - >Thomson Ecology today won a court case against one of its former employees, Mr David Hall, and another company, Apem Limited. The High Court in London was satisfied that the evidence of unlawful conduct by Hall and Apem was so compelling that it entered summary judgement against them without there even being a full trial.
